Are there options for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on domestic orders over $125.

Do you offer any discounts?

We offer 20% off on first time orders over $25. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to unlock the code.

What're your standard shipping times?

We ship domestic orders via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. All orders ship within 5-7 business days after an order has been placed and payments are approved. Orders placed during sales will ship within 7-10 business days. Shipping and tracking notification via email will be sent once the package leaves or studio. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

What's the return policy?

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Return Process. To return an item, please email customer service at:mailto:support@indigoscentscandleco.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
